How to install Apache in Windows - Part 1

This article will show you how to install Apache 2.2.17 on Windows 7.

1. Download Apache Windows installation MSI file to your computer running Windows.

2. Double-click in the .MSI file to launch the installation of Apache. Follow the instruction passing the welcome page and accepting the license.

3. In the next page, you'll have Server Information: Network domain, Server name and Administrator's email. Edit them if you want to make changes.

4. In the Setup Type, keep default selection and click Next to continnue.

5. Confirm the Destination Folder and click Next to continue.
