How to create NIC Team using Broadcom Advanced Control Suite

 

1. Run Broadcom Advanced Control Suite.

2. Click Team Management.

3. Right click on Team and select Create  a Team.

 

4. In the Welcome to the Broadcom Teaming Wizard, if you want to create the Team manually, click Expert Mode. Otherwise, click Next to use Broadcom Teaming Wizard.

 

5. In the next page, enter the name for the team.

 

6. In the Team Type page, the Smart Load Balance (TM) and Failover (SLB) is default. Click Next to continue.

 

7. In the Assigning Team Member, add the NIC to the team.

 

8. In the Designating a Standby Member, click Next if you don't plan to setup standby member.

 

9. In the Configuring LiveLink, click Next if you don't configure LiveLink.

 

10. In the Configure VLAN Support page, click Next if you don't add VLAN.

 

11. Click Finish if you don't want to create another Team.
