How to Reset the Winsock Catalog

In a case, you have network issues, reset winsock is one of resolutions. To reset winsock, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type "netsh winsock reset" (without the quotation
marks, you may copy and paste this command), and then click OK.
3. Restart your computer and check the issue again
