How to assign permission for Remote Control IN Windows 2008 RD  - Step by step with screenshots

You can manage permissions that are used to control which users or groups can perform particular tasks on the Remote Desktop Session Host (RD Session Host) server, such as remotely controlling a user session. Here is how.

1. Run Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration.

2. Under Connection, right click the connection you want to manage and select Properties.

3. Click Security and then Advanced.

4. Click Add to add the user you want to assign permissions.

5. Check the permissions you want to assign to the user, for example Remote Control, Message and Connect.

6. Clock all OKs to save the settings.
