How to use Remote Desktop Web Connection

You may be asked to download an ActiveX control. You should have a logon screen after downloading the ActiveX

If you access the Remote Desktop Web server form the Internet, make sure the port 80 and 3389 are open on the firewall or router. You also need to know the public IP or FQDN for the Remote Desktop Web server.
