ProSafe Troubleshooting - using the Connection Monitor

The Connection Monitor is another very useful tool to provide statistical and diagnostic information for each active connection. This includes both the security policy and the security association (SA) information established during Phase 1 IKE negotiations and Phase 2 IPSec negotiations.

There are two ways to open the Connection Monitor:

1. From Start>Programs>ProSafe VPN Client>Connection Monitor.

2. In the Windows system tray, right-click the client icon, and then click Connection Monitor.
