How to manage Parental Control in xfinity Modem - Step by step with screenshots

1. Login xfinity modem use admin as user name. Note: If you’ve never changed the default user name/login and password for your network, simply use the settings that are usually printed somewhere on your wireless router.

2. Click Parental Control in the left pane. You will have these options: Managed Sites, Managed Services, Managed Devices, and Reports.

3. On Managed Sited, click Enabled. It should be green if it is enabled. Here you can configure Blocked Sites, Blocked Keywords, Trusted Computers.

4. Some median websites may use multiple ports so that we may want to manage services instead of site. On Managed Services, you can assign port range with Trusted computers.

5. You also have an option to manage devices.

6. To find which website or services a device visits, check the report.
