How to open an Administrative Windows Explorer

1.Go to Start
2.In the Search box, type: explorer
3. The "Windows Explorer" will display and then Right click on it.
4.Select "Run As Administrator"

This will open the “Administrative Windows Explorer” and let you open any files with full Administrator permissions.
