Troubleshooting "... is not accessible" error step by step C1 - There are no entries in the list

If you receive "There are no entries in the list" when using net view IP (that is "not accessible" computer's IP), make sure 1) you have enabled Client for Microsoft Network; 2) you have shared some files or/and folders on remote computer; 3) the Server Service is running. You can also use net share command to confirm the sharing.
