1. Open Windows Backup.

2. Right click on Local Backup and select Recover...

3. Follow Recover Wizard and select  Backup Date. 

4. Select Recovery type.

5. Select items to recover.

6. Specify recovery option.

7. Click Recover in Confirmation acreen.
