Prohibiting users from establishing dial-up connections

Hi; Is there a policy or such which is able to prohibit domain users from dialing up (or using a secondary interface, like Wireless) while they are connected (wired) to the corporate LAN? Environment: Windows 2000 Domain, Windows XP Pro Thanks in advance
