Please follow thses steps: 1. IT support logon the same server via remote desktop with the Administrator. 2. The IT support person open up Terminal Services Manager, right-click on User A on the right hand side, and choose Remote Control. 3. By default User A will need to click Yes to allow the IT support person to begin shadowing. Note: If you do not want the IT support person to be an Administrator on the terminal server, you will need to grant them appropriate permissions to the RDP-Tcp conection object. This is done through Terminal Services Configuration (tscc.msc).
