To prevent email from being marked as spam in Office 365, you may have 3 options.

1. Create a rule bypass spam filter. After login Office 365, go to Exchange admin center>mail flow>rule. Create a rule and add the allowed domain.

 

2. Add senders to whitelist. In Exchange admin center, go to protection>Spam filter, click edit icon. Under allow list, add the senders’ emails you want to allow.

3. Add allowed domain in whitelist. Same procedure as 2 and add allowed domains.

The Office 365 Security & Compliance Center lets you grant permissions to people who perform compliance tasks like device management, data loss prevention, eDiscovery, retention, and so on. Here is how.

1. login Office 365 using admin account.

2. In the Office 365 admin center, open Admin centers and then click Security & Compliance.

3. In the Security & Compliance Center, go to Permissions From the list, choose the role group that you want to add the user to and click Edit .

4. In the role group’s properties page under Members, click Add and select the name of the user (or users) you want to add.

5. Click Save to save the changes to the role group.

Normally, a user will receive quarantine notification once per day if he/she has some quarantined messages. The problem is the user doesn’t get the quarantine email until the next morning so that he/she may get a lot calls from the senders. To avoid this problem, as an Office 365 user, you can view and release quarantined messages by using the Security & Compliance Center. Note: You global administrator need to assign permissions for you.

To view or release quarantined messages, please follow these stpes:

1. Login Office 365.
2. Go to the Security and Compliance Center.
   
3. On the left, expand Threat Management, choose Review, and then choose Quarantine.

4. here you can view and release quarantined emails.

If the user has been assigned to Compliance Administrator group, he can view and release the quarantined email by following these tseps:

1. Go to this website: https://admin.protection.outlook.com/Quarantine
2. Login your account.
3. Now, you should see this page:4. To release a quarantined email, click the envelope icon.

You can specify how to automatically approve installation of updates for selected groups, and how to approve revisions to exiting updates.

1. Click on Options under WSUS server and then Automatic Approvals.

2. Create a Rule or Edit it here.

After enabling MFA, you may have a problem to access email from Android phone or your home computer. Whenever you enter the domain password, it keeps popup for the password. In this case, you may need to create app password. here is how.

1. Login Office 365 using your credential.
2. To go My Account by click your image or name.
3. Click Security & privacy.

4. Under Security & privacy, click on Additional security verification.

5. Click Create and manage app passwords.

6. Write down or copy the created password for your app.

To prevent hacking, Microsoft Azure gives you am option to block Login condition. Here is how.

1. Login Azure with your admin account.
2. Go to Azure Active Directory>Security>Condition Access.
3. You can create block condition policy here.

You can check the version of the SMB protocol by which the client connects to the server using the PowerShell command:

Get-SmbConnection

On the file server side, you can display a list of the versions of the SMB protocols that the clients are currently using. Run the command:

Get-SmbSession | Select-Object -ExpandProperty Dialect | Sort-Object -Unique

In this example, there are 898 clients connected to the server using SMB 2.1 (Windows 7/ 2008 R2) and 8 clients via SMB 3.02 (Windows 8.1 / 2012 R2).

How to enable SMB in Windows 10

There are 3 options in Canon printer:
