Only one computer can access the Internet via SBC DSL

Situation: A small company just ordered a SBC DSL line. It only worked one computer for accessing the Internet. Sometimes, another computer might displays IP conflict message. They tried to assign static ip for other computers, but that didn't fix the problem. Also they could ping each other by IP but not name.

Resolutions: 1. Setup ICS on a computer as a host and others as clients.

2. Add a router to the LAN.
