Case Study - Setup a share printer without authentication

Situation: The client setup a share printer in a XP computer In a small network.

Problem: The remote user needs to provide his/her username and password to send the print job to the printer. They wonder if it possible to use the printer without authentication

Resolution: 1. Create all username in the XP computer and make sure the username/password match the username/password in remote computer the user logon.

2. Enable Guest account in the XP computer.
