Sent packets only on a wireless computer

Cause: in most cases, if the Network Connection displays Sent Packets only while Received Packets are 0, it may be a configuration issue, perhaps, security settings. In our case, Open the Properties of the wireless connection, it displays yellow exclamation with this message: "security-enabled wireless network. This network requires a network key..."

Resolution: setup web key on the wireless computer.
