VPN Error 736 - The remote computer terminated the control protocol.

Situation: we helped one of our clients to setup a VPN on a XP Pro.  It worked. A few days later, the client called to report that some VPN users received "TCP/IP CP reported error 736 - The remote computer terminated the control protocol" message.

Problem: after investigated this issue, we found the problem was that first VPN user always logged on without problem. Then the second VPN user would receive this error. In conclusion, the XP VPN host supports only one VPN connection.
