1. Open Server Manager.

2. Run Add Role Wizard.

3. In the Server Roles, check Active Directory Federation Services.

4. in Federation Service, click Next.  

5. Import SSL.  

6. Select Trust Policy.

7. Select Web Server (IIS).

8. Click Install in Confirm Installation Selelctions.
