How to add alternative UPN suffixes in Windows Active Directory  - Step by step with screenshots

In the Windows operating system's Active Directory, a User Principal Name (UPN) is the name of a system user in an e-mail address format. If you want to use  multiple email addresses to login a domain, you may need to add alternative UPN suffixes to your Active Directory. Here is how.

1. Open Active Directory Domains and Trusts.

2. Right click on Active Directory Domains and Trusts.

3. Select Properties.

4. Click Add and enter the UPN.

5. Click OK to save the settings.
