How to run a program if existing a file name ms-mvps

Situation: We are planning to update one of old DOS program. What we want to do is if there is a file name called ms-mvps.txt under c:\chicagotech, then run m:\ms-mvps\runit.bat. How can we add  DOS commands in the program batch file to accomplish this task?

Solution:

@echo off

if exist "c:\chicaotech\ms-mvps.txt" "m:\ms-mvps\runit.bat"

... Continue the processing.
