How to use one persons contacts in exchange 2003 for the entire domain

Q: Do you know how to use one persons contacts in exchange 2003 for the
entire domain.  Server is 2000

A: I recommend putting the shared contacts into a Public Folder.  View the
Outlook folder list.  Expand Public Folders.  R-click on All Public Folders
and click New Folder.  Select Contacts as the item type, and set the
permissions appropriately (make Default the minimum you want everyone to
have, then just add people who need higher permissions).  On the Outlook
address book tab of the folder properties, click the box to show the folder
as an e-mail address book (you have to do that last part in each Outlook
profile).
