How to configure External DNS lookups in Exchange 2010 - Step by step with screenshots

1. Open the EMC. Take one of the following steps:
2. Navigate to Server Configuration>Hub Transport.

3. Right click on server and select the Properties.

4. Click the External DNS Lookups tab. By default, external DNS lookups are configured to use network adapter DNS settings. The network adapter that should be used is set to (All available). To use an external DNS, check Use these DNS servers and enter the external DNS IP address.
