How to Share Outlook Calendar/Contacts

To let someone to access your Calendar/Contacts, you must assign permissions to the guest. There are different ways to do that.

1.    If you use Outlook 2003, click Calendar or Contacts, select Calendar or Contacts. On the left pane, click Share My Calendar or Contacts. Under Calendar or Contacts Properties, select permissions. Click Add to add the guest and assign the permissions.

2.    If you use different Outlook, you may click on Calendar or Contacts. Then right-click on it and select Properties. Do the same as 1.

Once you have added the guests for the sharing your Calendar or Contacts, the guests can open your Calendar or Contacts by click Open a Shared Calendar or Contacts on the left panel or going to File>Open>other User’s Folder. Select Calendar or Contacts at the Folder type and type the username you want to access. Click OK.
