How to Setup User's Storage Limits on Exchange

1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers from Administrative Tools.

2. Right-click on the user.

3. Select Properties.

4. Click Exchange General.

5. Select Storage Limits.

6. If you want to use default mailbox store limits, check Use mailbox store default. If you want to setup storage limits for the user only, uncheck the Use mailbox store default. You will have options: Issue warning at (KB), Prohibit send at (KB) and Prohibit send and receive at (KB).

7. Click OK to close after you finish the settings.
