How to change the Windows Firewall settings with group policy
 
To achieve your goal, we can perform the following steps.

1. Click Start. Type mmc in the Start Search box and then press Enter.
Click Continue.
2. Click File, Add or Remove snap-ins, add Windows Firewall with Advanced
security. Choose local computer. Click OK.
3. Expand Windows Firewall with Advanced security.
4. In Inbound Rules or Outbound Rules, choose the rule which you want to
change, double click it, click the advanced tab, under Profiles, choose
"These Profiles", only select Domain. Click OK.
