How to add a contact in Lync  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

Add a contact in your organization

1. In the Lync main window, click person icon. You have these options: GROUPS, STATUS, RELATIONSHIPS, and NEW.

 

2. Click the person icon with +, you have these options: Add a Contact in My organization, Add a Contact Not in My Organization, Create a New Group, and Display Options.

 


3. Or in the Lync main window, type the person’s name or email address in the search box.




4. Edit the contact and click OK to save it.
