How to manage Mailbox Features in the Exchange Admin Center - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. Log into the office 365 portal

2. Navigate to the EAC

3. From the dashboard choose mailbox under the recipient column

4. Double click on the user mailbox that you want to enable/disable mail forwarding.

 

5. Click mailbox features.


6. You will have options to configure mailbox policies, enable/disable phone and Voice features, enable/disable Mobile devices, enable/disable OWA, enable/disable IMAP, POP3, MAPI, Litigation hold, Archive, enable/disable Mail Flow, manage Message Size Restrictions and Delivery Restrictions.
