How to run Office 365 settings and install Outlook 2007/2010 update  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. On your computer, login office 365 portal using your domain credentials. Please refer to this article: How to access email in Cloud.

 

2. After login, click settings icon

3. Click Office 365 settings.
 


4. On the left pane, click Software.


5. In the Software, click Desktop setup, and then Set up.


6. When a popup “Do you want to run or save setup_en.exe (474 KB) from bposat.vo.msecnd.net?” click Run.
7. Click Run again in Do you want to run this application?


8. In the Sign in screen, type your email address and press Enter or click Sign in.


9. In Sign In hsatfsvr01.hsapayroll.com, type your username and password. Click Sign In.


10. Make sure only Microsoft Outlook (manual steps required) is checked, click Continue.


11. After completing the setup, click Finish.
