How to modify DirSync schedule  - Step by step with screenshots 

By default, DirSync runs every 3 hours. f you want to manage DirSync schedule, please follow these steps:

1. Open Micrsoft.Online.DirSycn.Scheduler.exe.Configu from C:\Program Files\Windows Azure Active Directory Sync.

2. Modify <add key="SyncTimeInterval" value="03.00:0" />

3. Save the settigns.

4. Start Microsoft Online Services Sign-in Assistant.
