How to use Lync to access Desktop or Programs remotely - Step by step with screenshots

1. Open Lync.

2. Enter the contact name or email address.

3. Send invitation to the person you want to have conversation.

4. The person receive the invitation click Accept meeting Content.

5. To control the remote computer Desktop, click Manage Presentable Content icon and then Desktop or Monitors.

6. After other side accepts the request, you can view the Desktop. To control it, click Request Control.

7. Other side click Give Control.

8. Now, you can control the remote desktop.
