How to forward email of a specific sender in OWA - Step by step with screenshots 

 

You can setup Outlook or OWA (Outlook Web App) to forward emails of a specific sender to another user's mailbox. In this example, we will show how to do it in OWA.

 

1. Login Office 365.

 

2. Click Settings icon and then Options.

 

3. Navigate Mail> Automatic processing>Inbox and sweep rules.

 

4. Create a New inbox rule: enter new inbox rule name.

 

5. Select the option, It was sent or received in our example and then Received from.

 


  

6. In When the message arrives, and it matches all of these conditions, enter the email address of the sender.

 

7. In Do all of this following, enter the email address you will forward or redirect. Note: 1) If it is forwarding, your email address will show on the another receiver  email from. If it is redirecting, the original sender' email address will show on the From. 2) Both forwarding and redirecting will keep the original email on your mailbox. ,

  

 

8. You should have this rule after setup.
