How to manage Office 365 SharePoint sharing - Step by step with screenshots
1. Sign in to Office 365 with the office 365 admin account.
2. Click Admin and select SharePoint.
3. Click site collections and then click Sharing.
4. Now, you have options to Don't allow sharing outside your organization, Allow external users who accept sharing invitation and sign in as authenticated users, and Allow both external users who accept sharing invitation and anonymous guest links.
