How to Insert a screenshot to email message  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

We email a picture of a dialog box, screenshots of error messages and browser screens all the time. Here is how to insert a screenshot into an email message quickly and easily:

1. Click New E-mail
2. Type your message in the body of the email (something like see attached screenshot)
3. Click on the Insert tab (3rd tab) on the Ribbon
4. Click Screenshot




5. A tiny dialog box shows you all the current windows open on your desktop so you can choose the one you want to insert
or Click on Screen Clipping



6. Click to draw a box on screen
7. Press Enter
8. The screenshot will be inserted into your message.
