How to create a user account in Blackberry Enterprise Server Express

1. Create the user account in your Exchange server.
2. Login BlackBerry Administration Service.

3. On the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand User.
2. Click Create user.

3. You can use Search for a user account or Add a user from company directory to find the user.
4. After creating the user, add the user to available groups.
5. Then click on Create a user with generated activation password.

6. After the user receives the email with activation password, he/she can activate the smartphone.
