How to Install EqualLogic Host Integration Tools

1. Run EqualLogic Host Integration Tools (HIT) from the CD. After installing HIT, run Remote Setup Wizard.

2. If the SAN has correct network connection, the Wizard should be able to find it. If you receive "No uninitialized PS Series array found", please check this link for troubleshooting: http://www.chicagotech.net/hardware/elsan.htm.

3. In the next screen, enter group information. By default the admin name is grpadmin and password is grpadmin. For the information regarding RAID, please check this link: RAID 10 or RAID 50

4. When finishing, click View Log to check any errors and then click Finish to complete the settings.
