How to monitor modusGate and Vircom for troubleshooting email issues
In a case you have email issues, you may be able to find very useful information from the modusGate and Vircom Monitor.
1. Login modus monitor website, for example http://vircom/webmonitor/WebMonitor.aspx. 2. In the System Health, monitor Inbound Connections, Outbound Connections, Processing Queue, Message Delivery Queue. If you have a problem to send email, check Outbound Connections. If you have a problem to receive email, you may want to check Inbound Connections and queue.
