How to upgrade Windows 2000 DC to Windows 2008 DC
1. Make sure you have prepared for upgrading existing DC by following this post.
Prepare for upgrading to windows 2008 domain 2. Run run Dcpromo.exe or Add Roles in the 2008 servers to be DC with DNS and WINS.
