How to Determining Exchange Server versions

Start the Exchange System Manager. Administrator program. Click on Administrative Groups and the domain name (for example chicagotech). Click Servers and right-click on the server name (for example, mail). Select Properties. Under General tab, you should see Version 6.5 (Build 7226.6 Service Pack 1) if you have exchange 2003 with SP1. If it is SP2, it shows Build 7638.2.

However, if you would like to know the store.exe version, you may do a different way. You should open Windows Explorer. Go to Program files>exchsrvr>bin. Right-click on store.exe and select version. It will display File Version 6.5.7226.3.
