1. Login SCCM.

2. Navigate to Site Database>Software Distribution.  

3. You can see the status of the selected Advertisements.

4. If you double click you the advertisement you want to check the status, you will have the Status of a specific advertisement. that summaries how many resources have received, rejected, or not yet received the advertisement.

5. You can get more details such as computer name, user name, client type.

6. You can also get the details of each computer
