1.Download the Window Server 2012 Essentials ISO and put the DVD in the computer to start the instillation.

2. Click Next in Windows Setup.

3.  Click Install Now.

4. Enter the product key.

5. Check I accept the license terms.

6. Click Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).

7. Make sure the drive is ready and click Next.

8. It is installing.
