How to connect to iSCSI disk in Windows 2012  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. Open iSCSI Initiator by going to Server Manager>Dashboard>Tools.

 

2. Click Yes to start Microsoft iSCSI service.

 

3. In the Target, enter the iSCSI target IP address and then Connect.

 

4. Make sure Add this connection to the list of Failover Targets is checked and keep Enable multi-path unchecked.

 

5. Click Discovery to make sure you have iSCSI disk listed.

 

6. Click OK to close iSCSI Initiator. Now, open Disk Storage to check the iSCSI disk volume.
