How to configure NIC Teaming in Windows 2012  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. Open Server Manager.

2. Click on Local Server.

3. In the center, click NIC Teaming Disable.


4. In NIC Teaming window, click TASKS in TEAMS and the New Team

5. Enter Team name, select NICs.

6. Click Additional properties, you will have Teaming mode, Load balancing mode, Standby adapter, Primary team interface.

7. After click OK, it will create NIC Teaming.

 

8. Now, the Network Connection shows the new created NIC Teaming. If you check the status, you will see the speed will be 2GB if these are NICs teaming.
