How to upgrade Windows 8 to 8.1 using ISO file  - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Download Windows 8.1 ISO file in windows 8 computer.

2. Run the setup.exe from the Windows 8.

3. Check the Download and install update (recommended) in the Get important update and click Next.

4. Accept the License term.  

5. Choose what to keep.

6. Click Install in the Ready to install.

7.   You may see this screen after the upgrade.
