How to enable/disable Administrator account in Windows 8 - Step by step with screenshots 

 

By default, Guest and administrator accounts in windows 8 are disabled. If for some reasons, you need to enable them, you can use this command:  "net user guest password /active:yes" or "net user administrator password /active:yes"  as shown below.

 


  

After enabling the Guest and administrator account in Windows 8, you should be able to see them on User account.

  

 

To disable Guest account, run "net user guest /active:no"
