Cause 1: Windows Firewall blocks the sharing

If a firewall such as Windows Firewall blocks the file sharing, you will not be able to access the shared files and folders. By default, the Windows Firewall disable the file and Printer Sharing. So, if you receive "Workgroup is not accessible", you should check the firewall first.
