Situation: The client has a new computer, but can’t install Office 365 in Office web site. The website shows page can’t display.
Troubleshooting: We can’t download Office ODT to install Office 365. We believe it is DNS. We fix the problem by changing the default DNS to 8.8.8.8.
Situation: The client has a Windows Surface. When we try to install GlobalProtect on the Surface, we get this message: “Globalprotect is not licensed for this feature or device”.
