NetMeeting was unable to place a security call

Situation: The client installed NetMeeting 3 following this how to, but it doesn't work. Then he had us to help installing NetMeeting 3.02 (Hotfix). When accessing the remote the Vista from remote computer, it keep giving this error: "NetMeeting was unable to place a security call. The certificate you have chosen may not be usable with NetMeeting".

Troubleshooting: 1. Removed NetMeeting and re-install. That doesn't fix the problem.

2. Use System Restore to restore the system back to before installing NetMeeting. Then re-install NetMeeting 3.02 only. That works.
