How to restart or shutdown Windows 8 and 2012 - Step by step with screenshots 

 

There are many ways to restart or shutdown Windows 8 and Windows 2012.

 

1. In the Start Window, move the mouse to the right bottom corner and click Settings icon.


  

Click Power icon, you will have options to restart and shutdown.

 

 

2. In the Start Windows, type s or search, you will have the Settings icon. Click the Settings to restart r shutdown the computer.

 

 

 

3. You can also use these combination: Alt+F4 to have shutdown, restart and switch user options.
