Case Study - Sent packets only on a wireless computer and Limited or no connection

Situation: one of our users has a XP computer with wireless connection. The computer receive the signal but the wireless icon on the system tray has a yellow exclamation (as showing below). The status displays "Limited or no connection".

If you right-click on the icon and select Status, the Status displays that the Received Packets are 0 while Sent Packets are OK.
