Troubleshooting "... is not accessible" error step by step F1 -
System error 51 If you can net view IP while net view \\hostname gives you "System error 51 has occurred" and "windows cannot find the network path", you may have the computer browser issue. 1.Make sure the Computer Browser is running. 2. Make sure the Server service is running 3. troubleshoot Mater Browser using browstat.exe.
